Machine Guards

We have extensive experience in fabricating and installing machine guards. For small jobs, clear plastic on its own can be shaped and bent to suit a particular application. On large installations a strong lightweight aluminium frame is used with clear plastic. Sliding doors, windows etc. can all be custom made to suit the particular guarding requirement.

Polycarbonate is usually used – its benefits are:

• 250 times stronger than glass
• Lightweight (approx. 1/2 that of glass)
• Lower initial and replacement cost
• Does not shatter into small fragments like glass
